Cylindrical cartridges for any air filtration system for the elimination of oil mist typical of metal cutting applications, such as metal molding, CNC, thermic treatments, ...
Filter media:
  • Glass fiber efficiency range from F8 to H14 pleated with hot-melt wire system, which guarantee the perfect maintenance of the pitch between pleats for an optimal and durable filtration performance;
  • Progressive structure glass fiber media F8/F9 pleated with outer and inner metal nets;
  • Glass fiber efficiency range from F8 to H14 pleated between n°2 polyester holding layers.
TECNOFLOW and TECNOTEX:
  • Multilayer media, composed by glass fiber and synthetic material efficiency range from F8 to H14
    • pleated with hot-melt wire system, which guarantees a very high filter efficiency together with a very low pressure drop, compared to traditional filter media;
    • the sintering of the layers of the two materials allows a high stability of the filter element
    • a longer working time thanks to the mechanic resistance of polyester fibers
    • and an improved capacity of dirt and working wastes holding capacity.
