The framework structure of both types is manufactured from durable extruded silver anodised 6060 quality aluminium.
The wall and roof panels are pre-painted aluminium with an expanded polyurathane foam core thus increasing the heat retention and minimising weight.

The steam generator automatically maintains the correct water level and is fed directy from a mains supply and can be used independantly from the heating elements if high humidity is required.
Both the heat and humidity are controlled by indipendent electronic controllers which are easy to set and give a clear reading of the conditions within the cabinet.
The cabinets also benefit from an illuminated interior and fan circulation for uniform proving throughout the chamber.
For ease of installation and servicing, the heat/steam generator is mounted on top of the roof on the cabinet, this also improves the available space inside the cabinet.In addition.
