GAS BALLOONS STORAGE WAREHOUSES

•     Pressurized gas cylinders belong to storage facilities that are subject to strict rules because of their high potential for danger.
•     The most important regulations in this area are regulated by the Technical Regulations for Compressed Gas.
•     Safe storage of gas cylinders is ensured by moving fasteners and chain protection;
•     Meets TRGS 510;
•     The design of all types of gas containers includes spontaneous ventilation and TÜV testing;
•     Unique design with static;
•     Side walls, doors and roofs are made of galvanized sheets;
•     Floor frame made of welded and galvanized steel;
•     Galvanized, high-strength grille complying with DIN1072 and DIN1055, with the ability to transport bogies;
•     Closed and stable door construction with safety lock prevents weather, theft and unauthorized access;
•     Max. snow load: 100 kg / m2.
•     Maximum wind pressure per wall: w = 0.40 kN / m².
•     Maximum wind-up on the roof and walls: w = - 0.25 kN / m².
•     Warehouses are delivered assembled;
•     Choice of exterior wall colors RAL 1003, 3000, 5010, 6010, 7035 or 9002. Other colors available on request.

MANUFACTURING TWO TYPES OF BALLOONS

•     Warehouses for gas cylinders with cap and grille for transporting carts; With a forklift truck, the warehouse can be moved to another location (without cylinders).
•     Storage of gas cylinders without a cap allows convenient use of elevators at ground level.

STORING SAFE FILLED BALLS

•     Safe storage of gas cylinders protects cylinders with compressed gas from all kinds of atmospheric effects.
•     Locked warehouses with closed walls and roofs prevent unauthorized access and theft.
•     Gas Cylinders Warehouses meet the Technical Requirements for Compressed Gas Storage (TRGS 510) issued by the German Pressure Container Commission (DBA) and are used wherever gas cylinders are stored, sold or used.
